Dear Luke:
The e-NOI system has been back to working order since Monday of this week. Within the next 72 business
hours, please submit an e-NOI form so that your project may receive its official Certificate of Coverage. You
will find the form if you type "deq.nc.gov/NCG01" into your browser.
Please let me know if you have questions.
Sincerely,
Annette

Dear Luke:
Thank you for your patience with the network issues that are affecting the e-NOI form and many of our other
digital systems in DEQ.
This email serves as a temporary reprieve from the permit requirement on Page 1 of the NCGO1 Permit that
does not allow you to commence the construction activity until after receipt of your Certificate of Coverage
(COC). Please retain a copy of this email on site until you receive your COC through our digital process.
After DEQ's network is restored, I will send you an email and request that you submit an e-NOI form for this
project within 72 business hours to receive you COC.
Please let me know if you have questions.
Sincerely,
Annette
