Dear Ms. Garretson:
On June 11, 2019, the Division of Energy, Mineral and Land Resources received your email regarding the
facility located at 200 Forsyth Hall Drive, Charlotte NC 28273. After further investigation we have
confirmed that on June 6, 2018, an inspection of the facility was performed and granted conditional
certification of No -Exposure Exclusion NCGNE1279. This letter serves as notice that Stormwater permit
NCG030621 is rescinded effective immediately and is replaced by NCGNE1279.
We apologize for the oversight in not rescinding NCG030621 upon issuance of the No Exposure
Certificaiton.
We will be working with our Billing Clerk, Deborah Reese, to reimburse the 2019 Permit Fee paid in
accordance with Invoice 2019PR000187.
