This location that we are always going back and forth on .... apparently at some point last year they got a Certificate of No exposure.??? I am trying to locate the actual certificate so I can get a copy or the number. Some one said I should be able to get it on line. Do you by chance know where?? Also so I made them pay the permit(lol) ...the reason why it wasn't probably paid wasn't was because it shouldn't be required now??? Appreciate any help you can give me. We'll have to set up a separate owner and retie one of the permits to it. If the operator entity really is the same company, it can cause headaches with electronic DMR reporting down the road to set them up separately, but if the two can be uniquely identified (such as different, independent Divisions of the Company), it may be acceptable. Ultimately it will be a Change of Ownership request that we need process for one of the locations. I realized this morning that this permit was in fact renewed last year, and there is a renewal COC record in our repository for it. You all just need to get the most recent annual fee sorted out. Please disregard the instructions down there about contacting Suzanne McCoy so she can renew the permit and send you a COC. This is usually what we need to do with permittees who owe fees after a recent GP renewal, and I assumed this was a similar scenario. Apologies for the confusion about that! If we change the owner information for Atlas Copco, it affects both permits. See the last two screen shots below. We can identify different facility and permit contacts that will be specific to these sites, but any owner information will appear for both. Please make sure that you are the best person to be the Owner -Owner affiliation for both these sites. If not, please let us know who the appropriate contact at Atlas Copco is and submit an Owner Affiliation change form. Because our correspondence goes out to the legally responsible person of the Owner/Operator entity at renewal, it went to the same place for both permits. We are still showing that permit no NCG030621 owes a fee. Please contact Deborah Reese (deborah.reese@ncdenr.gov) to resolve this payment. Lol Our permit is NCG030625, but there is also a permit NCG030621 that is issued to Atlas Copco Orginair Nations Ford Office. I think I may be attached to that one as well.
