The Division of Water Resources (Division) received your sludge survey information on August
16, 2018. With the survey results, you requested an extension of the sludge survey requirement
for Lagoon H7B at S. Grady 6-9 facility. Due to the amounts of treatment volume available, the
Division agrees that a sludge survey is not needed until December 31, 2020 for Lagoon H7B
only.
The next sludge survey for Lagoon H7B at S. Grady 6-9 should be performed before December
31, 2020. Please retain this letter and keep it with your farm records for reference.
