The Division of Water Resources (Division) received your sludge survey information on August
16, 2018. With the survey results, you requested an extension of the sludge survey requirement
for Lagoon #2 at S & S Farm 3 facility. Due to the amounts of treatment volume available, the
Division agrees that a sludge survey is not needed until December 31, 2023 for Lagoon #2 only.
The next sludge survey for Lagoon #2 at S & S Farm 3 should be performed before December
31, 2023. Please retain this letter and keep it with your farm records for reference.
