On February 22, 2019, the Division of Water Resources issued a Notice of Violation (NOV) against
Baxter Healthcare Corporation for failing to pay the annual administering and compliance monitoring fee
pursuant to 15A NCAC 02T .0105(e)(2).
Per your correspondence dated May 23, 2019 and received May 29, 2019, I am retracting the
subject NOV.
Please note that it is the Permittee's responsibility to pay the annual fee for administering and
compliance monitoring within 30 days of receiving the invoice. Failure to pay annual fees within 30 days
of future invoices shall result in an NOV.
