January 1 st 2019 was a holiday. January 2°d, 2019 routine samples were taken. On
Saturday January 5th, 2019 I was notified exceeds limits report from Environment One. With this
being a Saturday it was too late to resample for the week. No problems have been seen since and
we did not violate the monthly fecal. On January 2nd at 7:58am effluent chlorine was 17
micrograms. No remedial actions were taken. Assumed to be operator error.
