Yes, we can terminate one so there is not a duplicate. I will take care of that by the end of the day.
For some reason there were two eNOls submitted after that rejection, that then went through approval — one around
12:30 PM yesterday, and another around 3:25 PM. (The one I had to reject first was submitted at 11 AM, so these were
subsequently submitted).
Luke, the COC you attached was NCC190587, so I will fill out a Notice of Termination Form for NCC190586 and deactivate
that one. The permittee should maintain No. NCC190587 as the COC for this project.
I will also include this information in the final permit file.

The first e-NOI was rejected because the disturbed acreage didn't match the approval letter. We corrected the acreage,
resubmitted and it was approved. We don't know why there are two approvals. Can you just void one? Attached is the
CoC that is in our files.
