I believe you have it about right.
I inspected both the NCG090030 and NCG090032 facilities on April 12, 2018. On August 7, 2018 1 re -inspected the
NCG090030 facility, and approved the facility for No Exposure. Which is a certification that must be maintained by
facility staff performing a self -recertification inspection at least annually. As well as maintaining a status of No Exposure
on site. The NCG090030 permit should have been rescinded, but it shows as "Expired" in our system. I will try and clear
that up. I have attached a copy of the No Exposure Certification to this email.

Mr. Reed,

As of April 30, 2019, Mr. Robert Miller is no longer employed with Siegwerk. I, Lee Kearson ,
have taken the role of HSE Coordinator at the facility. In reviewing the permits and such I
notice that there are two Stormwater permits assigned to Siegwerk: NCG090030 and
NCG090032. It appears that the 0030 is for the 150 Craftsman Drive facility and based on
documentation this facility has be granted exemption from the permit. As for the 0032 facility
it would appear that is for the 1 Quality Products facility?
Looking in the file I see that you were onsite on 4/12/18 however, I do not see much activity
around Stormwater after your visit. I do know that a new General permit was issued in
November 2018 but I see no Certificate of Coverage nor any reference to 2019 fees being paid.
Hopefully, you will be able to give me some guidance on status of the permit and if I have the
permit numbers correct.
