Other: Public Library Cover Letter Project: Fuquay-Varina Public Library Owner: Wake County Engineer: CLH design, p.a. Date: 05.E 15/2019 A new public library is proposed at 271 Bramblehill Drive, Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina. A gravity sewer extension will be required to serve the new facility. The public library building will be sized for 12 employees total (counting all shifts) and will have 85 seats for library users. The wastewater design flow rate was calculated as 5-gpd per employee per shift (office use) and 25-gpd per seat (comm nity center use). The a pected Avera Te Daily Flow for the facility is 725-gpd. The nearest public sewer, an 8-in gravity sewer main (WQ0039452), is owned and operated by the Town of Fuquay-Varina. This 8-in gravity sewer is currently under construction by the Adalyn Place Subdivision (Permit No. WQ0039452). This is the only sewer option for this site. The system eventually flows to Harnett County's North Harnett Regional WWTP (WQ00)4_). 00"? 13f An 8-in gravity sewer system is proposed to convey wastewater from the library to the existing public sewer. No wetlands are within 50-ft of the proposed sewer lines. No stream exists within 100-ft of the proposed sewer lines. • OF WATFRp State of North Carolina `O G Department of Environment and Natural Resources r?
