The Asheville Regional Office has reviewed MAG Bear Lake’s response to the Notice of Violation & Intent to Issue Civil
Penalty (NOV-2019-LV-0284). Based on your response and subsequent actions following the non-compliant monthly
report, the Division will take no further action at this time regarding this notice and therefore no further response is
required. We encourage you to continue to implement preventative measures and corrective action in an effort to
maintain continued compliance with Permit No. WQ0029233.
