Inspection Summary:
A complaint was recieved from an adjacent property owner that crushed concrete has crossed property lines. The site
currently is covered by NCG210000 (210448)Lumber and wood products. Any concrete product must be covered by a
general permit NCG070000 or the site will neccesitate an individual permit to cover both industrial activities.
Owner was unavailable during inspection. Mr. Thompson followed up with a phone call inviting inspection of sampling data
and SPPP.
Regardless of property lines, the crushed concrete will need to be pulled off of any watercourse to establish a buffer zone.
Buffers should be established for the mulch operations. The front section of the mulch operation is very neatly organized and
maintained. The back section may need to have buffers re-established in some portions, but is also well maintained.
