Thanks for taking a few minutes to talk with me this morning. We spoke regarding the 401 Water Quality
Certification for the New River Officer Housing project on New River Air Station in Onslow County (DWQ Project #
09-0725,) It was not our intent for our application (dated June 18, 2009) to be processed as an individual permit
Based on our preliminary conversations with the USACE field office, as well as Joanne Steenhuis, in your
Wilmington Regional Office, we feel comfortable that this application may be considered as a NWP 14, We
respectfully ask that you re-start the processing of this application, Thank you for your consideration of this
matter.
