Please verify that the USACE will be permitting this project under solely a Nationwide Permit 12, and not a Nationwide Permit 12 and a Nationwide Permit 39 and/or Nationwide Permit 29. This project will not create any new residential, commercial, or institutional development, therefore, only a Nationwide Permit 12 is required for this project.
