On May 23, 2019, the Division of Energy, Mineral and Land Resources Stormwater Program received
your request to rescind your coverage under NPDES Stormwater Permit NCG100055.
Based on the review of the facility on May 24, 2019 your rescission request is denied. Your request is
denied due to remaining parted out vehicles on the site which display potential stormwater impacts. A
copy of the Inspection Report is attached for your records.
Until all the parted out vehicles have been removed from the facility permit NCGI00055 will remain in
effect, and you must continue to comply with your NPDES Stormwater Permit.
