Send all suspicious email as an attachment to report.spam@nc.gov Bethany, I apologize but I can't remember who else was on the call so please pass this email along if the others need to see it. This email is a follow up to the phone call we had regarding 4 of the General Permits: NCG1600000 — Asphalt Paving Mixtures and Blocks • Thank you in advance for adding some language to the cover of this permit to discuss that some parts of Subsector D of the EPA MSGP do not apply. I think it might clear up some confusion if someone were to compare the two documents. • At the bottom of pg 9 in the draft permit, Table 3 is referenced for the benchmarks but I think that should be Table 1? It looks like it's just a carry over from the existing permit where it used to be Table 3. NCG170000 — Textile Mill Products: No questions NCG180000 —Furniture and Fixtures: No questions NCG200000—Scrap Metal Recycling • We discussed the addition of the saltwater benchmarks into the permit • It was noted that there was a reference in the factsheet to woodchip/sawdust piles which seems to just be a carryover from the Furniture and Fixtures factsheet We have no more questions or comments and this time and thank you for the opportunity to review these permits. Feel free to reach back out to me if my notes are not clear or if you have any questions.
