This email serves as a temporary reprieve from the permit requirement on Page 1 of the NCG01 Permit that does not allow you to commence the construction activity until after receipt of your Certificate of Coverage (COC). Please retain a copy of this email on site until you receive your COC through our digital process. After DEQ's network is restored, I will send you an email and request that you submit an a-NOI form for this project within 72 business hours to receive you COC. Please let me know if you have questions.
