Upon inspection the lagoon level was at 43 inches. We inspected fields, which had cover, and looked at solid set irrigation. No residuals have been removed since last inspection. 94,500 gals of wastewater were transferred to Register Truck Wash (WQ0014247) on 9/19/18 (Hurricane Florence timeframe) from the site. Permittee notified DWR of 11 inches freeboard, (Designed 24-inch FB) during Hurricane Florence on 9/17/18. Facility is row crop only. Soil record was dated 11/2018, sludge survey was 1/2018, and calibration was 7/13/2018. Total flow for year 2018 was 545,885 gallons. Irrigation, soil records, calibration, freeboard records, maintenance and waste analysis records were reviewed electronically and at another visit on 4/12/19. All units seem to be in working order.
