Comment: The culvert is currently under construction. High flow, low flow barrels as constructed were shown
opposite on permit plans. Div 9 DEO explained the differences. The inlet -outlet actually line up better
within the channel than if it was built per the permit plans. All EC measures were maintained and
temporary bypass was installed properly. DOT explained that there were some performance issues
related to the contractor (unrelated to the 401) but were being worked out.
