Reasons for Approval with Performance
Reservations
It will be critical to ensure all reasonable measures are taken throughout the reconfiguration
of the sediment basin (moving between phases 1 and 2 of the erosion control plan). Contact
this office prior to basin reconfiguration to discuss and coordinate plan of action for basin
dam disturbance and skimmer device relocation. Additional sediment control measures may be
needed at the site access onto HWY 274 (sheets C301 and C302).
