Please include this supplemental information in those packages for your review. The areas of wetness in the table below were discovered since the last permit application update and were sampled, where determined necessary and possible, in accordance with the Riverbend Plan for Identification of New Discharges (8 May 2015 version). Attached are the analytical data for these areas of wetness as well as a map that indicates the locations of these areas of wetness, nr gee LV W J-Ul SS.3/9568-78,075043 HF Lee LOLA S-OlA 35.379648-78.074632 HF Lee LOLA S-018 35.380846-78.077697 Distinct channel flowing from an undercut area of the ditch bank. The HF Lee S-27 35.385848 78.075999 ditch bank merges with the toe of the active basin north dam toe. Flows about 10 ft into the north ditch which flows westerly, merges with a small stream and then to the Neuse River, HF Lee S-28 35.385133 784078197 This consists of three to foursmall channels along a 40 ft section of the north ditch bank. Flow is more vigorous from the easternmost channel.
