Pump Station (Name or Number): Given that: a. The proportion and amount of Obligated, Not Yet Tributary Daily Flow (C) accounts for 103% % and 0.296 MGD of the Available Capacity (E) in Pump Station Wilson Mills Rd ; and that b. The rate of activation of this obligated, not yet tributary capacity is currently approximately 0.04_ _ MGD per year; and that c. The following applies: Prelimina desi of an upgrade to the Wilson's Mills Rd WWPS will be included as a capital project in the FY 2019-20 budget. The actual flow to the Wilson's Mills WWPS is only 39% of the capacity. An upgrade will be desigged and ready for when flow to the station approaches 80% of ca aci . Therefore: Given reasonably expected conditions and planning information, there is sufficient justification to allow this flow to be permitted, without a significant likelihood of over -allocating capacity in the system infrastructure.
