Subject: 801 Apprentice Academy SW3190301
Hi Jeff,
I looked over everything that was submitted for the Apprentice Academy High School stormwater permit. The low
density regulations specify that overland flow and vegetated conveyance be used to transport stormwater and that only
a minimal amount of piping for erosion control or culverts for driveways be used. The amount of proposed piping and
concentration of flows proposed in the western and central part of the site is higher than what is intended in the
regulations. One potential option is to permit it as both high and low density and to use a small SCM to treat that area of
the site. I'm leaving the office now, but you can give me a call tomorrow to discuss the project if you'd like. I should be in
the office all day.
Thanks,
Corey Anen
