I visited the WNC Dry Kiln facility on June 4, 2019. 1 met with joe Lyle on site. I recommend that coverage under
NCG210000 be granted as proposed with the following note:
-After observing the outfalls listed in the application, I found that only one of them actually receives stormwater from
the facility, and should be monitored (outfall 2).
