THE STORMWATER CONTROL MEASURE (SCM) CHOSEN FOR THIS PROJECT IS BIORETENTION, WHICH IS A PRIMARY SCM, DESIGNED TO CONFORM TO NORTH CAROLINA STATE REGULATIONS 15A NCAC 02H .1001 - 15A NCAC 02H .1045 AND 15A NCAC 02H .1052. THE MINIMUM DESIGN CRITERIA (MDC) FOR THE SCM, CAN BE FOUND ONLINE AT: HTTPS://DEQ.NC.GOV/ABOUT/DIVISIONS/ENERGY-MINERAL-LAND-RESOURCES/ENERGY-MINERAL-LAND-RULES/STORMWATER-PROGRAM-RULES STORMWATER CONTROL MEASURE (SCM) NARRATIVE MDC #1: A SEASONALLY HIGH WATER TABLE ANALYSIS IS PENDING, HOWEVER IT IS ASSUMED THAT THE HIGH WATER TABLE WILL BE DEEP ENOUGH THAT THE PROVIDED ELEVATIONS MEET THE REQUIREMENTS. MDC #2: RUNOFF FROM THE 1 INCH 24-HOUR STORM WAS ROUTED THROUGH THE SYSTEM VIA HYDROCAD.
