After performing the site inspection, I observed no major issues with issuing coverage as proposed in the NOI. Mr. Moore and myself confirmed the best available monitoring locations, and discussed his responsibilities under the permit. Their main issue on site is housekeeping which I informed him should be specifically addressed in his SWPPP. Note: The BMPs described in questions 12 on page 3 of the NOI have not been implemented.
