Data Review -- Reviewed BIMS data from 2014 through present. There have been no enforcements since the
last permit renewal in 2014. The only violation was in 2015 for failure to register for eDMR, which proceeded
to NOV. Instream monitoring is present for Dissolved Oxygen.
In March and April 2018, this facility notified the Division of construction and completion of the new Frye
Bridge WWTP Aeration Basin (construction by Dewberry Engineering, Inc.). All sampling events came within
permit condition limits, a new sludge storage box was provided, and the duplex flow equalization pump
station installed produces greater flow than the approved design condition.
Overall, this facility has done well.
