Data Review -- Reviewed BIMS data from 2014 through present. The only enforcement since the last permit
renewal was in 2017 for permit condition violations, which was for a failure to submit annual fee.
There have been no problems or changes to this facility since the last renewal. A site review was done in 2016
by Ron Boone and the plant was well maintained and functioning in good condition.
