Data Review -- Reviewed BIMS data from 2014 through present. There have been numerous enforcements since the last permit renewal in 2014, all occurring in January and May of 2017. All violations are limit violations which all proceeded to civil penalties. In 2017, the facility requested remission of civil penalties, but the request was denied. Historical rainfall events took place during the time of the violations, causing flooding and making it impossible to distinguish wastewater and floodwaters. This facility was remitted of penalties for similar reasons in the past, but no rainfall data or USGS flow data was provided with the remission request for this penalty. The facility was planning on connection with a local municipality by the end of 2016.
