Data Review -- Reviewed BIMS data from 2013 through present. The only enforcement received was in 2016
for limit violations. Violations include exceeding daily maximum for Total Chorine, Fecal Coliform, and Total
Suspended Solids. In 2017, a monthly average was exceeded for Total Ammonia Nitrogen. Most of these
violations proceeded to NOV's, with only a couple being BPJ'ed.
On September 20, 2016, Roberto Scheller conducted an inspection of this facility as a Compliance Evaluation
Inspection (CEI), and which time they were experiencing maintenance issues. No other problems seemed to
occur.
This facility has done well since the last permit renewal, and there have been only minor component changes.
