Data Review -- Reviewed BIMS data from 2014 through present. There have been no enforcements since the
last permit renewal in 2014. Violations include daily maximum exceeded for TRC in 2014 & 2015 (also for fecal
in 2015); daily maximum exceeded for fecal and monthly geometric mean exceeded for fecal in 2017. All
proceed to NOV's. No instream monitoring is present.
In March 2016, Ori Truvia performed a Compliance Evaluation Inspection, and found the facility to be
operating successfully properly except for the flow meter on site (flow was estimated using the bucket and
stopwatch method).
Overall, this facility seemed well -maintained and efficiently treating wastewaster.
