Good Morning Ian,

You may recall that we are in the process of providing the additional information requested in Ms. Karoly's
letter of June 12. We have revised the sewer alignment to address several of the issues and are now waiting
for our consultant to provide us with the stream determination documentation and planting plan for the buffer
replanting. I had hoped we would have this information by now and could relay it to you by August 10.
Unfortunately, it has taken longer than I anticipated to obtain the purchase order for the consultant. He was
on site yesterday and I respectfully request an additional two weeks to get all of our revised information to
you. Please let me know if August 24 is acceptable to you.

Good Morning Ian,

Thank you for talking to me yesterday about our Pre-Construction Notification. We are in the process of
preparing the additional information requested in the letter dated June 12, 2009 from Cyndi Karoly. Due to
the complexity of the project and the summer holiday/vacation schedules already in place, we respectfully
request an extension beyond 30 days for completion of the requested items. We plan to have all revised plans
and additional information to you by August 10, 2009. Please know that due to funding constraints, we will
not be bidding nor beginning construction until early spring of 2010.

If you have any concerns or need additional information in the interim, please do not hesitate to contact me.
