Data Review -- Reviewed BIMS data from 2014 through present. The only enforcement since the last permit
renewal was in 2016 for permit condition violations, which was a remissions requested that was satisfied and
resolved. Frequency monitoring violations were issued for Oxygen, pH, and Temperature in 2016; violation
for daily maximum exceeded for BOD in 2017. All proceeded to NOV's.
No problems or changes to this facility since the last renewal, and instream monitoring is present for
