Although DBA may no longer be parting out cars for sale of used car parts, many vehicles remain that have had parts pulled from them for sale. As far as I am concerned the industrial impacts are still present due to their being these vehicles on site. Some whole used cars were seen on site however most of the vehicles on site were observed as remnants of the used car parts sale yard. Therefor until all vehicles that have been parted out for sale are removed I believe the rescission should be denied and permit NCG100055 should remain open with the same operating requirements.
