Hi Amanda and Zan,
I have reviewed the information sent to me about the Carolina Furniture Concepts project, which describes a
development project that will involve culverting 201 ft of an unnamed tributary to the French Broad
River/Lake Julian and filling 0.056 acre of wetland in Buncombe County.
The project should not impact wild trout and a trout moratorium is not needed for this project. Mitigation will
be provided through the NC Division of Mitigation Services.
