.I am responding to the Notice of Deficiency issued March 7,2018 by your department This violation was
issued to Pure Country Farms AWS710102 for violating Condition V.2 of the Swine General Permit
-There was a 30 day plan-of action turned in to the division and the farm self-reported a freeboard level of
17". The farm is irrigating when the land will accept it'without violating the Swine general Permit The
farm is managing water use very close.The lagoon levels at the farm are 24 and 21 inches.
