Dear Ms. Morella:
am responding to the Notice of Deficiency issued July 24,2018,by your department.This violation was
issued to Pure Country Farms AWS710102 for violating.Condition V.2 of the Swine General Permit.
There was a 30 day plan of action turned in to the division and the farm self-reported a freeboard level of q
17". The farm is irrigating when the land will accept it without violating the Swine general Permit.The
farm is managing water use very close.The lagoon levels at the farm are 40 and 40 inches.
