Dear Ms. Morella:
I am responding'to the Notice of Deficiency issued July 23, 2018, by your department. This violation was
issued to Pender 1 &2 AWS710070 for violating Condition V.2 of the Swine General Permit.
There was a 30 day plan of action turned in to the division and the farm self -reported a freeboard level of
14". The farm is irrigating• when the land will accept it without violating the Swine General Permit The
farm is managing water use very close. The lagoon levels at the farm are 22 and 20 inches.
