Dear Mr. Stevens:
The North Carolina Division of Water Resources conducted an inspection of the Johnnie Mosley Regional
Water Reclamation Facility on 5/29/2019. This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is
operating in compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in Non -discharge Permit No.
W00029289. The findings and comments noted during this inspection are provided in the enclosed
copy of the inspection report entitled "Compliance Inspection Report".

Inspection Summary:
The review period for this inspection was May 2017 through January 2019.
Swindell Flowers is the ORC with Kenny Stevens as the backup ORC.
The current permit expires on March 31, 2020. The facility was reminded that a renewal application needs to be submitted
within 180 days prior to expiration.
Approximately 50% of the cover crop (trees) has died. The City is working with the Forestry Service to find out why the trees
have died. _
The facility was reminded that flow needs to be recorded daily on the NDMR report. If there is no irrigation on a particular day
a 0 needs to be reported for flow.
On the day of inspection the calibration records for the turbidity and flow meter could not be found. The facility had Chadwick
Instruments calibrate the Turbidity and Flow meter on 5-30-2019. The facility was reminded that the Flow and Turbidity meter
needs to be calibrated annually.
