Reference is made to your request for permit rescission received February 15, 2010. Staff from the
Wilmington Regional Office has confirmed that this Coverage is no longer required. Therefore, in
accordance with your request, Permit No. AW1710105 is rescinded, effective immediately.
If, in the future, you wish again to operate an animal waste management system or confine 75 or more
horses, you must first apply for and receive a new animal waste permit. Operating an animal waste
management system without a valid animal waste permit will subject the responsible party to a civil
penalty of up to $25,000 per day.
