This letter is in response to your original 4-15-19 letter and now new 5-1-19 letter to Bear
Lake Reserve attached.

We did exceed daily permit limits for fecal coliform for daily maximums with 600 mg/L
on 2-5-19 which exceeded the daily and monthly allowable limits. The excel spreadsheet
form does not recognize the >600 value and show blanks at the summary of the fecal
column. We have entered 600 in the cell of the excel spreadsheet and a > sign by hand.

The operator has been cleaning UV lights during the month and before sampling events
and is still getting some hits and others in compliance. We have replaced bulbs on a
regular basis, annually, and am ordering new lights now to change out again.

The missing TKN was sampled and we are submitting an amended report to Raleigh
central files today and attached for your review.

Please note: No water was irrigated or sent to irrigation holding tank in February 2019.
All effluent was recycled to the upset tank and processed again.
