It is both a condition of your permit and required by Rule 15A NCAC 2T .0105(e) (2) to pay the annual administering and compliance fee within thirty (30) days of being billed by the Division of Water Resources (Division), The Division sent you a Notice of Deficiency by a letter dated January 27, 2015.
