Please find attached our response and plan for the NOV at Planters Ridge. I had to print, sign
and scan the attached response and the scanned copy came out a little dingy. I also attached an
unsigned electronic copy that should be easier to read. We are a few days late in our response
because we have been waiting for the surveyor to get his stuff back to us. Thank you for your
time and J&N Developers is anxious to get this project into compliance.
