In your August 6, 2009 additional information response, you proposed reed
canary grass as a groundcover for the proposed stormwater storage basins. Reed
canary grass is an invasive grass that easily spreads to wetlands and floodplains.
Please replace the proposed groundcover with another hardy, but non-invasive
grass. The soil amendments specified in your letter are satisfactory for
establishing grasses.
