The property is 22 acres and located near the intersection of Main Street Extension (SR 1447) and Swansboro Loop Road (SR 1444) with access to both roads. The main subdivision road connects Main Street Extension to Swansboro Loop Road with a short cul-de- sac extending from the middle section of this road. The proposed subdivision will have gravity sewer lines that will flow southward and connect to an existing 8" ONWASA gravity sewer line on Main Street Extension. This proposed project (37 lots) will add new flow of 0.0111 MGD to the Swansboro WWTP. The WWTP Facility's permitted flow is 0.6 MGD and is currently at an estimated 0.5281 MGD. The addition of the proposed Swansgate sewage flow will result in the Swansboro WWTP being at an estimated 0.5392 MGD load which is approx. 90%utilization.
