Attached is the revised plat showing 498' of shoreline to be stabilized. It consist of 39.28' of L162 and L163 through L176.

The diagram/plat shows the riprap from L162 to L 176 (even at L175 the measurement is 529 ft) is over 500 ft.
You need to make sure ALL information is in agreement. So, properly mark the plat segments that will be
stabilized. Add up the lengths to give the total shoreline (feet) to be impacted AND make sure it adds up to less than
500 ft. If at a later date, they want to extend the riprap, they will then have to apply for a NW permit.
I CAN issue as a Nationwide 13, but you will need to get approval from the corps.
