Dear Ms. Myott:
Due to the holidays and scheduling with S&EC and our surveyor, we
are unable to meet your original deadline of January 5, 2007.
We would like to request an extension of the plan for NOV on Tract #1
along 158 Bypass in Henderson, NC. After conversations with the
surveyor and a-mails with S&EC, it is apparent that it will be at least
January 18, 2007 before all survey plans will be submitted to S&EC.
S&EC estimates requiring 7-10 working days before they will have the
plan drawn and submitted. Therefore we would like to request an
extension until February 2, 2007 for submission of the plan for tract
#1 along 158 Bypass.

working with you on this project.
