Lee County
On March 28, 2019 Erin Deck and Zach Thomas with the Raleigh Regional Office (RRO) of the Division of Water
Resources conducted a compliance evaluation inspection at 5292 Cox Mill Road. RRO staff observed the single family
wastewater treatment system was not functioning properly. A Notice of Violation (NOV-2019-PC-0226) was issued via
Certified mail on April 5, 2019. The letter was signed for by Joseph Ilart on April It, 2019. As of the date of this letter,
the required response has not been received by this office.
You are required to take any necessary action to correct the violation and to provide a written response to the
Notice of Violation (NOV-2019-PC-0226) within 30 days of receipt of this correspondence. In addition, please
include all corrective actions already taken and a schedule for completion of required corrective actions.
Ifvou believe that the system is functioning properiv, please provide recent effluent monitoring results that
demonstrate that the system is in compliance, This may be accomplished by contacting a certified lab (provided in the
packet that was given to you during the inspection) to perform this analysis and submit the results to this office.
