Our structure plans were designed with the high flow barrel and 2' sill on the right (north) when looking downstream and low flow barrel and V sill on the left. Our permit drawings had it flipped. The sills were poured in accordance with the structure plans. I went to look at it today. There are a couple pictures attached looking up and downstream from the inlet from the same location. The culvert is much better aligned with the culvert as its been built. The impacts haven't changed. We plan to leave the low flow on the left (south) side and the high flow on the right (north). If you have any objections, let me know.
