The North Carolina Division of Water Resources conducted an inspection of the St Pauls Collection
System on 5/21/2019. This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in
compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in Collection System Permit No. WQCS00187.
The findings and comments noted during this inspection are provided in the enclosed copy of the
inspection report entitled "Compliance Inspection Report".
There were no significant issues or findings noted during the inspection and therefore, a response to this
inspection report is not required.

Inspection Summary:
Records were available upon request and well organized. Right of ways observed during inspection appeared to be
maintained and accessible. Line cleaning appeared to meet permit requirements. System appeared to be in good overall
working order. Five of 12 pump stations were visited during the inspection. Pump stations appeared to be well maintained
with only minor grease build up. There had been a partial power failure at pump station #12 and it was being powered by the
generator during inspection. A replacement pump for pump station #8 should be kept on hand in case of failure of the single
pump in the station. CIP should be updated to reflect current future project plans. Continue to update map to ensure that all
required items are included.
